Tennessee Asset Forfeiture Bill Seeks To Abolish Abusive Police Practice. Among all the silliness our legislature is doing, this is some good.
Also, the bill making permit holders’ names private has been deferred. This comes up enough and never passes because politicians like to send pro-gun mailers to people with permits.
