The corporations are people but better loophole

They’re looking at how trusts and such can be used to bypass law enforcement sign off for NFA weapons.

A few years ago, CNN was on this kick.

    I used a trust to buy my NFA weapons, because my sheriff is antigun and would not sign off on the forms.

    Of course, even though they don’t get a background check, its still illegal for a felon to posses any of those guns. But we need MORE laws!

    I’m using a trust because my sheriff won’t sign off on it AND because it can be written to allow both my wife and I to possess the weapons.

    If I register them to me, she couldn’t take them to the range by herself.
