Apparently this guy wasn’t very familiar with Facebook’s privacy controls. Don’t make everything public!

I’m not that old but I’m already doing the “Kids these days!” rant. This reminds me of the Abu Ghraib (sp, can’t be bothered) photos.

He should have known better. A lawyer and a few hundred, some filing fees and character witnesses, and as long as it’s not a violent felony or drug crime you can have your rights restored in TN.
