Actually, my wife and I were at the car wash the other day and some dude jumped out of a Subaru wagon with an XD on one side of his hip and an extra mag/flashlight holder on the other side. She muttered to me, “what a douche.”
She’s ok with me carrying concealed, she’s just not super pro- or anti-gun. She honestly doesn’t care about guns all that much (unless we’re in a bad neighborhood, then she’s a fan), but her first reaction to a guy open-carrying at a car wash was that he looked like a nerd.
