Cargosquid, he must have had his conviction set aside or expunged or something. Otherwise, how’s he going to buy a gun in California? How would he get a CPL? California has all those extra checks and waiting periods, etc, to ensure that felons and the unworthy don’t get guns, no matter how rich or famous they are.
