It’s like we don’t need congress any more
A bit back, ATF implemented a long gun reporting requirement on border states. This sort of law making is usually reserved to, oh I dunno, the legislature. Now, the IRS has decided it needs to regulate small tax preparers.

Well, we don’t have separation of powers anymore. The executive branch makes most of the law.
