If you read the detail of the settlement, the PPD will not make any changes no will it admit wrong doing. In the end, the suit that had so much promise was settle for just $25k and no long term impact and changes for the PPD. Not was gained for gun owners.

K, then. For that much cabbage, I will open carry for one hour. In my living room, naked, with a nylon shoulder holster. 8×10 color glossies will be available. You can re-use the photos. Just put them in the crawl space, to keep the ‘possums out. $25 each.

$25,000? I’ll make the City of Philly a deal. Pay me $50,000 and I won’t even show up to make a stink! Or I’ll come and annoy you until you pay me $25,000 to go away.

1/2 of my payment will go to the NRA and a more local organization for 2A rights.

All that from a Tennesseean! See, we do like you yankees. As long as you stay above the Mason-Dixon Line.

Philly.com has it wrong. Only in their “city of first class” to you need a License to Carry Firearms in Pennsylvania.

We don’t have no stinking permits.

  5. Andy Says:

Sorry Brian. You do need a LTCF in PA if you want to carry concealed or in a vehicle. Only on Philly do you need a LTCF to carry openly in a city of the first class. Philly is the only first class city in PA. But, if you’re carrying openly in PA and ignoring the gun free schools act, you’re playing an interesting game with some serious consequences.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
