A push to legalize it.

    Ooops, I didn’t realize you couldn’t.

I’ll remember that next week when I’m in Raleigh.

  2. Robert Says:

@countertop: That’s only if they serve booze, of course. If they don’t, then it depends on if they have signs.

  3. Weer'd Beard Says:

Get rid of this, and binding signage and I’ll actually be able to carry the next time I’m in Cary!

Countertop, interesting I may have an interview in Raleigh next week as well. As it has been a promising interview set, I have been trying to read their laws recently.

  5. Bubblehead Les Says:

If they Clone the Ohio Law that was passed a few months ago, CHP Holders would become MANDITORY “Designated Drivers.” Trust me, Breda and I were so disappointed when one of her Favorite Places took the next step and posted Signs after the Law went into effect.

But for this who don’t know what the HubHub is all about, a lot of National Chains have Liquor Licenses, such as TGIFridays. And some states say “No Guns in Bars,” even though such Chains aren’t Honky Tonks. But if you are a teetotaler and wanted to go to Dinner with some Friends, you had to leave your Pistol in the Trunk. This bill changes that.

And FWIW, we’ve yet to have a Restaurant ShootOut between CHP Holders at Fridays since that Bill went into effect, contrary to the Brady’s lies.

    Thanks for the link.

Jonathan, if you get the job, look me up. I live in Garner, which is a suburb of Raleigh.

Bubblehead Les: We already can’t drink in NC when carrying concealed. If you want to drink and carry, go to PA. We’re a long way from that point down here in the Massachusetts of Dixie.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
