A Kitchener father is upset that police arrested him at his children’s’ school Wednesday, hauled him down to the station and strip-searched him, all because his four-year-old daughter drew a picture of a gun at school.

Difference between the US and Canada on that situation is the US officials would have found something anything to charge him with… Even if they had to fabricate it…

See, they make this box, it’s actually more of a thin rectangle now. It has moving pictures on it on which people display this thing called movies and TV shows. In these movies and shows it has people using and holding firearms.
You are not going to stop a kid from knowing what they look like.

the guy has actually retained one of the best firearms laywers we have in “EASTERN” canada–he actually is an enthusiest that shoots and hunts so he understands our screwed up gun laws. Sansome will win this one, but you will never see it in the news. Since the repeal of the long gun shit and the destruction of the records (soon) they are all grasping at straws and they lump all the charges under “storage” violations. Myself and the wife, we have our stuff out for cleaning 24-7–I hope it works!!!there have been baby steps up here to restore our property rights, but is a long grind–we already went thru our obama up here –his name was pierre elliot trudeau–like I said–small steps
