“sovereign citizen”

They keep using that word. I do not think it means what they think it means.

The latest from the FBI on those extremists you may know. Seems these days the .gov thinks everyone is a terrorist or an extremist. Except, you know, actual terrorists and extremists.

  1. NAME REDACTED Says:

Why are muslims the only ones who can legally avoid being hand raped or porn scanned at airports?

  2. Bubblehead Les Says:

Just saw that in the latest FAA Bill that’s heading to BHO’s Desk, that the Congress has decided to open up U.S. Airspace to Unmanned Drones at the “request” of over 300 Federal Agencies and their “Private Partners.”

.gov needs Predator Drones over Knoxville for what reason exactly? eMail with details on the way.

Folks, there are literally millions of people (directly and indirectly) who benefit from government spending on anti-terror efforts. Everyone from your average TSA groper, to the guy who makes the RAPE-SCANs, to the people who make the paper that gets used to create DHS forms owes their daily bread to a continuation of the War on Terror.

Think: we’re winding down our involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan. Bin Laden is dead and so is most of al-Qaeda; those that aren’t dead are in Gitmo. Most of the old-time Taliban are also dead, replaced by Afghan locals who are PO’d at us for one reason or another (kill a man’s children with a Hellfire missile, chuck it up to “collateral damage”, and see how he reacts).

So, if you’ve built up a huge jobs infrastructure to fight terrorists, what are you going to do when you start running out of terrorists? Do you: (a) fire a bunch of useless mouths, and ruin your chances for re-election; or (b) find a new set of terrorists to pursue?

Welcome to the Future: we’re all terrorists now. Ain’t it grand?

  4. Turd Furgeson Says:

“Legal convictions of such extremists, mostly for white-collar crimes such as fraud, have increased from 10 in 2009 to 18 each in 2010 and 2011, FBI agents said”

    18 people=inundated? Really?

  5. AZ Fortune Cookie Says:

People who “believe the US went bankrupt by going off the gold standard.”

What a stupid idea, to think that we could go bankrupt by spending more than the tender we have to back it up. You’d HAVE to be an extremist to think that.

  6. Ron W Says:

    Well AZ,

Such a viewpoint is the opposite “extreme” of what we’ve had and what we have….which is to hand over our money to a banking cartel which prints money and loans it to us at interest from which our elected officials keep on accummulating debt.

I also support the opposite “extreme” of that agenda.

  7. MAJ Mike Says:

    Whatever.

    I aim to misbehave.

I’d ask where the signup sheet is, but I figure I’m already on their mailing list.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
