Much like the millions refused permission to buy a gun under NICS checks, will any of the 21,000+ be prosecuted for violation of a law in the near future, or is this another example of “because we can” being the sole reason for the list?
500 of those are American Citizens, who seem to have never been charged with any Federal Terrorism Statues, also. What ever happened to “Innocent until Proven Guilty?”

I’ve always had a problem with the “too guilty/suspicious to fly, but not guilty /suspicious enough to arrest list.”

I’d like to see the current administraton put on the no fly list. That might change things a little bit.
