High school sports team can’t call itself Cougars because it’s offensive to some middle-aged women. And by some, I guess they mean the ones that like to diddle younger dudes.
It’s things like this that make me want to punch your average school board member.

This was on a bit of talk radio around here yesterday, and the point was made asking why the board weenies allowed Cougars to be on the ballot if they weren’t going to allow it to be chosen?
Maybe some board wanker got a talking to from the wife after they let the students vote, who was jealous because she’s got the sort of face and body that would make a BNSF freight turn down a dirt road to get away from her, and if she can’t attract teenage boys, no one can use the word Cougar ever again.

We have the Washington State University Cougars, and if the name gets changed based on some stupid shit like that I’m going to kill someone.
