But they don’t. The Violence Policy Center and Media Matters (but I repeat myself) are jealous of NRA money. And try to say that it all comes from the gun industry, which it doesn’t.

Even the money that does come from the gun industry and other non-member sources is there because the NRA has vast membership rolls that those people are seeking to reach with advertising. Almost exactly unlike the VPC which has always been dependent on money from a few.
