ATF Stuff
ATF takes 237 days to approve a NFA transfer. You know, these transfers should consist solely of a NICS type of check, which can be done in minutes. Not sure what the hold up could be.
In NC, ATF will not approve transfers without an NC machine gun permit.

I waited 7 months this year on a stamp for a can. The best part, the form was signed and stamped July 28th, but didn’t get it in the mail until late September.
