    And they dropped the 4 hour training requirement, too. Training is still required, but there is no minimum number of hours, so it could be as simple as “These are the 4 Rules, always use a holster, and here’s how normal sights work.” (which is all that should be required, if training is going to be required).

    I think it is a real good idea to require at least four hours of training.I mean what good is it to have a carry permit and not really know how to use your weapon when you would need to.I’m sure not everyone that is applying for a permit is a avid shooter.
