That will make Barack Obama’s home state of Illinois the last holdout. That’s a campaign hammer that he’s going to get hit with. Maybe he’d like to put in a kind word for CCW with his commie compadres in Chicago? Before the 2012 campaign season? I didn’t think so. His intellect really was overrated*.

Granted, a few of those states with concealed carry provisions barely count, since it’s next to impossible to get said permit in those states. (I’m looking at you MD).

49 states have a CCW law? Color me not enthusiastic. Saying California has a concealed carry provision is like saying blacks in Mississippi in 1966 had the right to vote.
