   Like the war on drugs, the war on photography is doomed to failure. Cameras are already the size of a button and can be put anywhere.

   That isn’t to say the police state won’t fight it.

   In many states, if anyone (not even a cop) threatens you with force to coerce, you have to give ground. The duty to retreat trumps civil rights (such as taking a picture).
