How to get a gun in Chicago

Five steps, $265 not counting the gun, and waiting for up to 94 days.

Seems ripe for a lawsuit to me.

After reviewing the Five Steps, it’s obvious that a Lawsuit needs to be filed. But here’s the rub. You were there. All it takes to OC in Pennsylvania is the Legal Ability to have a firearm in the U.S. But look at what you have to go through if you want to put a jacket over your firearm in bad weather, i.e. CCW. Now the Chicago Five Steps are about 50% of what one has to do to get their CCW in Ohio, and we are paying close to $200+ for the process with mandatory training and license fees. I’m sure Tennessee is similar. Think about it. All this hoopla just to put on a raincoat over your pistol. Should there not be multi-state lawsuits to ban the Taxation Scheme for CCW permits? After all, the Second Amendment doesn’t say that the “right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, except when it’s snowing”.

Well, at least the citizens of Chicago can now get firearms, unlike the situation 5 years ago. But no one should have to pay the Nanny State for the “Privilege” to exercise their 2A Rights.

Of course, no Politician in Chicago is saying that you have to have spare cash and time to do the Five Steps, and all those poor Darkies struggling to feed their families in the Ghetto while the Obamanation Fundamental Transformation goes on CAN’T afford to do so. Hey Barry, how about a Federal Grant to help out your neighbors in Chicago get their guns? Sounds like some of that TARP money could be used, unless you gave it to all those Rich Corporate Buddies of yours. Not saying that Obama hates Black People, but Actions speak louder than Words.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
