Somehow I am not sure about this case. I know of no law preventing a man from buying a factory… What confederate yankee does not understand is that just because you own a factory does not mean you own what is in the factory… The Company you bought owns it.. Anyone who has every owned or started a c class corporation knows all about this.. It seems they are trying to bust him on selling guns made by his corporation. That is hard to do seeing the corporation owns the weapons until they are sold to distributors. He only gets part of the proceeds like any other employee though perhaps with more bonuses…
As for a felon handling guns lets take a look at hollywood shall we… If it is done in a non threatening way as a part of a job then the atf overlooks a multitude of sins… You can tell how little I think of this case when I take up for the bastards at the atf…
