An off-duty cop waves his gun around in a bar, pointing it at a worker. He got suspended. Anyone else would be in jail. The also don’t release his name and not that it’s misconduct. I’d call it aggravated assault.

Two years ago my sister and a couple of coworkers went to NYC for some work related thing. On their night off, they went into a club to have some fun. At one point a drunken, off duty NYC cop that was hanging out with them pulled out his issued and loaded Glock 26 and pointed it at my sister’s head while someone took a cellphone picture. She wouldn’t let my post it at the time; I’m going to check to see if she still has it
