No due process needed

To deny someone rights:

Rep. Peter King (R-NY-3) introduced HR 1506 yesterday. It is titled a bill to “To increase public safety by permitting the Attorney General to deny the transfer of a firearm or the issuance of firearms or explosives licenses to a known or suspected dangerous terrorist.”

The problem with this Idiot is that he’s in the House Majority, has the House Homeland Security Committee Chairmanship, and is from New York City. You know, a RINO with a Bloomberg Attitude.

  3. Mike Says:

Oh, goody… I wonder if Boehner will stick a knife in OUR back over this.

Maybe he’ll trade this bill as an amendment on legislation to lower the 2020 deficit by another $352 million.

  4. Douglas2 Says:

So, in such cases as the law allows/requires a license for firearms or explosives, being a known dangerous terrorist isn’t already disqualifying?

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
