Hate crime
Hate crime laws are dumb. But I think this is the first time I’ve heard of a black person being charged with one.
Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.

I’ve heard of blacks being charged with hate crimes for attacking Jews or Hispanics, but this is the first time I’ve heard of one being charged for saying “white boy”.
In any case, something tells me this is not the first time Mr. Taylor has run afoul of the law.

Ummm, the test case for hate crime statutes involved an African-American?

North or South prosecutors are not going to limit a hammer to just one race. Right out of the box prosecutors were prosecuting non-whites under hate crimes statutes.

Well sweet jesus that is another one from my hometown. I guess that just goes to show there is some truth to the old adage “nothing good happens after midnight”. By the way this happened right downtown and not in a particularly bad area. This Checkers is only 1 block away from the main intersection in town.
