Yep. I know there was a big issue last year about conceal carry in the NC Convention Center. Is this facility good for carrying? I checked at couple sites but haven’t found anything.

Kujo21 – yes, the convention center is ok for carrying. Technically it’s even ok for open carrying but Pittsburgh has seen a few people arrested or hassled by the police when open carrying. I’d keep it concealed unless you have the time/money to deal with the hassle.

I hope to but plans not final. I mailed my application for a non-resident LTC today. I hope they get it before the 3/31 deadline.

Ive never had issue with Open Carry in Pittsburgh, although with the extra attention, it may not be the greatest idea considering the close spaces and lines. being that the convention center is a municipal building, they have no influence and have to obey the law of the state, IIRC.
