What’s the crime?

Guy gives a performance of Lunch Lady Land to a first grade class. Then, he edits the footage so it looks like he’s singing an inappropriate song to the first graders. Posts video on you tube. They charge him with child pornography. You know, years in prison. Getting on a sex offender registry stuff. All of that.

Even though the prosecutor admits it’s unjust and inappropriate.

I’m still trying to figure out the actual crime.

I say don’t take the deal, and go to trial. It’s a slam-dunk case for any defense lawyer.

I say don’t take the deal, and go to trial, and then bring a bar complaint and a malicious prosecution charge against the prosecutor.

It’s now a matter of public record that the prosecutor believes he’s bringing unjust and inappropriate charges against someone. Use that against him.

  4. Jake Says:

Oh, and a lawsuit for defamation of character.

  5. Robert Says:

The charge should be fraud, if anything. Since he lied to the school admins to gain access to an area where a normal person would not have access, and used that access for his own personal gain.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
