The French have a bunch, even more than the Germans.
Turk should have added Eric Borel in ’95 (killed 12 with a bolt gun in Cuers) and that farmer that killed 14 in Luxiol (a small town near the HC).

At least the gunman chose a gun-free country to act in….had one of his victims had a firearm, he could have been injured and unable to complete his jihad….
