Aren’t they all?

    Depends.

Do you own any hobby fire extinguishers?

“If you’re in love with the .45 ACP cartridge, for $1,000 you could get TWO M&P45 pistols and a couple of spare mags, or you could get 2 used Glock 19s, a holster, some mag carriers, and a pile of spare mags and even have money left over to take an entry level pistol class.”

I have an M&P 9mm. I never carry it. It’s a compact and yet it’s still bulkier than my full size 1911 TRP.

After ditching the stock internals of the TRP and putting in all Ed Brown parts, the cost of my 1911 is probably close to $2k. For me, cost is not an obstacle, then his argument is bunk.

I don’t buy it, nobody has had the chance to run the new line of budget friendly 1911’s yet. I will keep an eye out on my Rock Island Armory and let others know. Already 500 in and not one failure to fire, so I’m hopeful.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
