Second Amendment Does Not Extend to Possession of Firearm in Furtherance of Drug Trafficking
Airsoft guns are not arms. I think a case could be made that they’re good for practice. But doubt that would pass muster in courts.

“Gun possession” is not a crime, it’s a constitutional right. Other things can be crimes, but merely having a gun is never a crime because it’s always a constitutional right. There are no exceptions to that. There is no “on/off switch” in the Second Amendment. There is no list of exceptions in the Constitution. These are rights, not privileges to be allowed and rescinded as the government pleases. Rights are always, regardless of what government officials want.
