Still no ATF ruling on shotguns. I’m laying my money on the Raging Judge and not the Saiga now.

    The Firearm Blog says it’s the 28 gauge pistol, it’s being labeled a short barreled shotgun and not a pistol.

    We knew that but that’s not the ruling we’ve heard about. At least, yet.
