Security Theater

TSA fails to catch loaded gun in a man’s bag. Too busy harassing grandmothers and children with leg-braces, I guess.

They keep saying the TSA agents are the “last line of defense.” What a crock. The last line of defense is the crew and passengers. And they’re the only people who seem capable of stopping anything.

How to get on the TSA watchlist, by Iranian-American businessman Farid Seif.

Seriously, if I ever do something like this accidentally, the last thing I’ll do is call myself a press conference.

Now I KNOW that TSA isn’t about safety, but about perversion and control.

They say that they confiscate many firearms every week. I wonder, did they do that legally?

I cannot imagine a more appropriately named post.

I once flew with a Glock 27 in a carry on by mistake. I got on the aircraft in Orlando, and when I put my bag in the overhead bin, I heard the unmistakable “thump” that told me I had forgotten to remove my pistol. I was nervous for the entire flight. I switched airplanes in Atlanta, and flew on to St Louis. The pistol remained undetected for the entire flight.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
