When they run out of barrel lengths and calibers, they just start changing the texture of the plastic and talk it up like it was the Second Coming…

And once again, just like Glock!
Can’t hardly fault them, though, its a good weapon, with good ergonomics, and they have built the franchise on it. Makes sense to take it to the full extent possible.
Works much better ergonomically for me than a Glock, just seems to fit better. Glocks just don’t, at least for me, even though others disagree.

Sounds like a certain Glock fanboy is all pissy this morning. The XD is a solid platform, mine has served me very well as my off-duty carry weapon. And it has not failed one time since being pulled from the box.
