Acting at your peril

Oleg on the stupidity of NFA rules: if my friend and I accidentally swap sound suppressors of the same exact make, model and caliber after a range session, we’d be committing felonies.

  1. John Smith. Says:

Don’t worry all the other felonies that you commit on a daily basis knowingly or unknowingly hardly make that a blip on a screen. No intent does not apply.

  2. mikee Says:

If a felony is committed and no ATF agents are involved, was it really a felony? Sort of “a tree falling in the forest with nobody around to hear” kind of thing.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
