TSA Sued
Amarillo.com: “As the TSA agent was frisking plaintiff, the agent pulled the plaintiff’s blouse completely down, exposing plaintiffs’ breasts to everyone in the area,” the lawsuit said. “As would be expected, plaintiff was extremely embarrassed and humiliated.”
And: The suit also claims that other TSA employees continued to joke and laugh about the incident for an extended period of time.

I am so waiting for the TSA to try to force their patdowns and X-Ray specs on all those old people who are flying to visit their grandkids over Thanksgiving. Add in Christmas and New Years, and I think that the House Repubs will be yanking some money from the TSA in January after they face the Wrath of Granny. Now is the Time for all good Travelers to be ready to Youtube the Incidents at the Airports.

Sounds like time for a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!!! Should be THOUSANDS of people that can make a claim.
And while they are at it, any kid that is grouped… sue for child molestation!
And as for real terrorist, they can get fake genital so the scanners see nothing out of the ordinary or swallow the C4 in small packets and a detonator with a timer. Or be very fat and have it surgically implanted in the fat. Or…. Well they can use their imagination and get by all this.
I suspect Obama is scared another 9/11 is going to happened and his low ratings go lower and lower till about the only fan he has will be Buffoon Biden.

I’m going to let you in on two little secrets:
1. No matter what TSA agents do, they are government employees who are unionized. Individual agents will never get fired, even for crazy stuff like this.
2. No matter how many people sue and get huge damages, TSA will ignore any injunctions, and any money damages will be paid by you, the taxpayer.

Americans tend to try soft approaches first. Unlike people in some other countries who make their displeasure known by unsubtle expedients of blowing up the offenders, we try to use minimal force first. Should that fail, I am sure that more terminal methods would be employed…but I am also quite certain that they won’t be necessary. You remember that saying about the sleeping giant? TSA may have just awakened it.
