Using a cell phone while driving is such a horrible menace that everyone but me should stop doing it.
Also, everyone but me should stop murdering the planet.
And they should stop using so much oil, so there’s more for me.

Must be included in the training they get on how to order a diet coke instead of a jack and coke when they’re in a bar.

Reminds me of a time when I was helping my cousin, a police officer, build a shed. He decided to start “discussion” and ask if I thought there should be speed limits in neighborhoods and such. I bite and told him no, people should just be held responsible for the damage they cause regardless of speed. And that it was just a revenue and 4th amendment violation schemes. I can be provocative as well. Well, he goes off on the safety, little children running in the street with the added lament that police officers had to see such tragedies so we needed the speed limits. I asked him if he’d ticket a police officer caught speeding through a neighborhood…..that such speeding is especially heinous for police since they had seen the results and should be very aware of the consequences of their actions….or if he was claiming that police had special magical powers that prevented them from running down little children playing in the street that citizens just couldn’t acquire.
We don’t talk about police stuff anymore.
