Gun Safety
Unlike yesterday’s choice of words in CT, at least the press in Utah gets it right:
A state senator is exploring legislation to require gun safety training in schools because he says too few Utah kids are learning how to avoid accidental shootings.

In a perfect world, gun safety is a homeschool course. That is where the guns should be. In our homes. The fact that we need to carry our guns outside our homes, is the single, most important, REASON, we should have the RIGHT, to do so. If I decide to leave the comfort of my humble abode, I should not feel a threat from the people around me. Why is it, that I do? I already know that they have one. Why is mine so special?
