WV to Bloomberg: Stay Out

So says the Gothamist. The NY Daily news quotes:

“The city has never broken the law, but we have caught unscrupulous gun dealers selling in violation of federal law,” Post said.

No. Since the original stings had to be illegal if illegal sales occurred. The second stings involved no law-breaking since they didn’t complete a purchase. Seems they lost their gumption after the first round of criticism. But, yes, you either broke the law or lied about it.

One Response to “WV to Bloomberg: Stay Out”

  1. John Smith Says:

How is sending people out to buy guns who are already disqualified from owning them not illegal? That is conspiracy to commit a felony weapons violation. Therefore a crime. Also it has been done more then once which falls under the Rico/organized crime act as an ongoing criminal conspiracy/enterprise. Simply issue a warrant for his arrest under any of the violated statutes.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
