To me the term Loophole is another name for NOOSE! Now if we could get those loopholes placed properly around the necks of the appropriate POLITICINANS we could do some good productive work! BUY MORE AMMO

In a more ideal world, each ballot would include, for incumbents running for re-election, a vote on whether or not to hang that incumbent until dead.
I’m sure lots of people would both win re-election and win a noose (just the way we seem to vote).
