I think some of my brain cells just committed suicide after reading that.

  2. Rivrdog Says:

Who said political correctness can’t kill you?

Starvation is a tough way to go, as I’ve been told.

Passed this along to the liberal juniors in my family.

Have I ever told you that “Fail Safe” is my favorite movie?

  4. Roy in Nipomo Says:

Don’t you remember a couple of years ago when African countries refused food from the U.S. during a major period of starvation because the relief might contain genetically modified food?

To the politically correct, death before compromise.

  5. Q Says:

Actually about two thirds of Rwandans are lactose intolerant.

  6. Metulj Says:

Lactose intolerance would be normal in a equatorial place. Headline fail. 😉

  7. SayUncle Says:

No, it’s a quoting chris rock fail.

isn’t it lovely to see liberal love in action. We’ll starve them before we let them eat something that might be harmful to them in 30 or 40 years. Liberal love=death by unkind kindness.

What I want to know is how these people know that a given food has trans-fats in it. Oops it doesn’t say that they’re throwing away food that has trans fats in it. It says they’re throwing away food that might have trans fats in it.

Isn’t that all prepared food that isn’t labeled?

    Why take donations at all?

Hey, it ain’t about helping anybody or providing comfore or necessities to the unfortunate. It’s about feeling superior and all good about one’s self, despite the heinous acts that one may commit.

    re: genetically modified corn

They would have taken it, it’s just that the corn was supplied as whole kernel corn and all they asked for is to have it cracked first so no one would try to use it as seed and have the stuff hybrid with the local open pollinating stuff. That’s why they tried to nix it.

And speaking of nix, Nixtamalization of that GMO might be nice too if we are going to avoid pellagra over the long term.

I’ve most certainly eaten the Bt producing corn when it was “accidentally” mixed into the food supply and sold to such places like Taco Hell. Like I didn’t see that coming.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
