In Memphis
Mayor AC yammers on about crime in the usual manner we expect from Memphis. But the last paragraph I found interesting:
Wharton mentioned the formation of what are known as “community councils.” He hopes state lawmakers can help create a gun offender registry and even a special court for gun crimes.
Do tell.

I disagree. I think all gun owners should sew a giant letter on the chests of their shirts.
While the embroidery is on back-order, though, I want to create a politician ethics registry, and a special court for politicians who have ethics complaints, or are suspected of malfeasance in office.
