Fort Hood Shooter Stuff

Lawyer says he’s paralyzed and may never walk again. Sure, it’s not dead but it’s the next best thing.

He had a handgun carry permit.

A search of his place turns up HIV drugs.

  1. Jim W Says:

Given the circumstances (10 year old perscription and the fact that he’s an MD), it suggests that he didn’t have HIV, but that he was taking the pills as a prophylactic.

  2. Billll Says:

Mind-boggling possibilities present themselves. In addition to car bombs, vest bombs, bicycle bombs, and motorcycle bombs, we now get to look foreword to wheelchair bombs.

  3. countertop Says:

    Actually, i doesn’t suggest anything.

As far as the paralyzed thing. That sucks. It means he has no feeling, and therefore the option of having 75 Virginians kicking him in the nuts for all eternity is taken off the table.

perhaps he got the HIV stuff cause he knows when they throw him in jail, his ass is gonna target #1

    May he rot in hell.

  4. DJMoore Says:

I think his paralysis could be a serious problem.

I mean, I don’t think it’s very tasteful to hang someone by dropping their wheelchair out from under them.

Still, what must be done must be done.

  5. Chas Says:

If his doctor says he’s paralyzed I’d believe it, if his lawyer says he’s paralyzed, well, would you take medical advice from a lawyer?

    +1 for Jim W

It could have been a result of a needle stick, which really happens all the time in hospitals.

I’m really wondering about that photo of his personal pharmaceuticals.

It’s obvious that it took some time to compose, as only three bottles are visible, and everything else is blurry. One (left most) is an antibiotic, the other (right) appears to be benzonatate, a cough suppressant. None of the prescribing doctors on these three are visible.

All the other blurred-out products might be presented as such to avoid pissing of advertisers. (I remember one particular Pulitzer prize contender going around and seeking comment from the manufacture of Saddam Hussain’s choice in deodorant)

  7. Roger Seitz Says:

Hmmm, he’s paralyzed as the result of two infidel police officers vicious attack upon a peaceful muslim simply following the tenets of his religion.
It would appear that he has grounds for several lawsuits:
1, At least 4 counts of excessive unneeded violence perpetrated by infidels.
2, He was prevented from following his religions mandates by overzealous infidel police gestapo troopers.
3, The actions of the police infidels have caused him to not be able to create children to continue his family line
4, The actions of the police infidels made it impossible for him to enjoy his reward of 72 virgins after he dies as a result of his following a cornerstone of his religion – – Jihad.

I wonder how many hundred scumbag lawyers will rally to his defense in the near future.

    Roger

  8. Roberta X Says:

Roger: Even a hundred lawyers will never make him walk again. I share Uncle’s sentiment about that.

  9. Sailorcurt Says:

I’m not sure why the anti-gunners find relevance in the fact that he had a CHP that’s been expired for just shy of a decade.

Virginia CHP’s are only good for 5 years, so his 1996 permit expired in 2001.

He once had a clean record. As did every other criminal and terrorist in the world.

I guess the idea is that, since a small percentage of people will kill others in drunk driving wrecks at some point, and since those people at one time had clean driving records, and since we don’t know which of those people with clean driving records will be the ones who drive drunk and kill someone, we cannot allow ANYONE to drive, in fear that they may be one of those people.

    Or something.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
