Is he serious? So how is he going to intelligently vote on a bill if he wont read it because it may confuse his dumb ass?
Oh wait, he’s a dumocrat. Not reading a bill before voting on it is SoP.

That’s like an airline pilot saying; “I don’t expect to actually control the aircraft, or understand the cockpit instrumentation or communication protocols because this sort of stuff is among the more confusing things I’ve ever tried to do in my life.”
Sounds like a statement of resignation to me.
