Breda reports that a guy who was arrested for failing to tell the police he had a concealed weapon has been cleared. Seems he got out of the car, had a gun pointed at him, and in the 51 seconds it took them to arrest him; he kinda forgot to mention it. 51 seconds?

It was even worse than that: The cops detained him for 30 minutes, and when they realized he hadn’t done anything illegal, they came up with the “failure to inform” crap. Only AFTER that did they arrest him. Audio and video tape from police cruisers proved that the arresting officers were bad-mouthing him and trying to figure out something to “teach him a lesson”.
