Deprivation of rights under color of law

Police chief in Wisconsin:

“My message to my troops is if you see anybody carrying a gun on the streets of Milwaukee, we’ll put them on the ground, take the gun away and then decide whether you have a right to carry it,” Flynn said. “Maybe I’ll end up with a protest of cowboys. In the meantime, I’ve got serious offenders with access to handguns. It’s irresponsible to send a message to them that if they just carry it openly no one can bother them.”

This despite a ruling that open carry is lawful.

I rather like Glenn’s response to the situation. Ravenwood says it should be the catalyst to pass concealed carry laws there since Wisconsin is one of two states with no concealed carry provision.

“My message to my troops is if you see…”

    Troops?! WTF?

    His “troops?”

“My message to my troops is if you see any gay men kissing in public on the streets of Milwaukee, we’ll put them on the ground, separate them and then decide whether they have a right to be romantically involved with one another,” Flynn said.

Markie Marxist sez: “As I’ve said before, America is not a nation of laws; it is a nation of political correctness according to Marxist values. Our Marxist/warrior/hero/government agent, Comrade Chief Flynn of Milwaukee, understands that. The law means nothing to him. Private citizens must be disarmed! He’s a great Marxist. We should give him a medal or something.”

  5. Matt Groom Says:

My message to Citizens of Milwaukee is if somebody attempts to accost you and steal your legally held and possessed private property with total disrespect of the law, exercise your right to bear arms and put one in their ass. Police officers are NOT immune from the law and theft is theft.

This will be resolved by lawsuit. Unfortunately, the chief is not aware of how this is handled in places where open carry is not only legal but common. Typically, if there is no misbehavior by the carrier but a call by an hysterical person is made to 911, the dispatcher will correct the erroneously held belief that guns are illegal in public. If that does not work, the PSH will be charged with making a false report of a crime.

If a policeman sees somebody with a holstered gun, the policeman will typically say, “Howdy. Nice pistol you have there.” This usually leads to polite conversation about where one shoots, and leads on cheap ammo being exchanged.

As for the police chief, his training is obviously inadequate to allow correct interaction with citizens going about their private business, and he has demonstrated his rather important unsuitability to hold his office very publicly. The city and the chief personally will lose one or more lawsuits and they will rethink their statements.

I’m tired of “law enforcement officials” like this. I say, BURN’EM DOWN.

so an armed man pushes you to the ground and takes your property… sounds like armed robbery to me, lethal force would be justified…

Ravenwood is on the right track – check out the Wisconsin Patriots’ website at http://www.wisconsinpatriots.com to find out more about why we are going this route to get a comprehensive (not mandated concealed) carry law passed.

“My advice is, if you see a guy in a police uniform with a badge and a gun, draw your gun and force him to the ground. THEN find out if he’s an impostor.”

  11. Archelon Says:

The only way to stop this kind of behavior on the part of law enforcement authorities is to start pressing criminal charges through the FBI for official oppression and denial of civil rights and then suing the Hell out of them for denial of civil rights. It’s the only way to stop this lawless behavior.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
