Update: can you see the video? For some reason, it’s not showing up for me.

I can, but if anyone here can’t, please let Uncle know what browser, version, OS, and the color of your socks.

Neat. She’s like the anti-dakota fanning. That’s great. I think she needs to move to a 1911 though.

  3. RobD Says:

#2 If you are implying that her weapon was defective and a 1911 would have preformed better(If not please disregard) from the comments on youtube each magazine had ONE Saf-T Cap (training) round in it. So in light of that information this girl did excellently in the drill.

  4. Mike Says:

She was student of Tactical Response in Camden, TN. They require you to have at least one dummy cartridge in each magazine so you will quickly and without hesitation clear your gun and get it running again.

  5. Rustmeister Says:

I can too. Black socks, IE and XP.

Come on man, 11 year old girls have enough problems without her gun not working….. 😉

  7. Mike Says:

If you bring a 1911 to this class, you’ll wish you didn’t. You’ll be borrowing a Glock or a Sig soon.

Here she is again running some other drills.

That’s really cute. She handled the stoppages well. I’m not so sure about the 360 turn with the muzzle up, although I’m sure it was what she was being trained to do.

  9. ben Says:

I just like 1911s, and they would likely fit her smaller hands better.

  10. Jake Says:

I’ve seen her other videos before. I really, really, really like this kid (and she must have the Best Parents Ever).

I have to agree that she would probably do better with a 1911. Not only because the grip would probably fit her hands better, but because the heavier metal frame would damp the recoil better – the way that Glock jumps in her hands makes me think that it’s at the upper limit for her to safely use for drills like that. She’ll grow into it, but right now she’d probably do better with a slightly heavier gun.

The video works fine for me.
Firefox 3.0.8 in Ubuntu Linux (kernel 2.6.24-23-generic), with no socks.

    Nobody show this to 20/20!

  12. Darrell Says:

As mentioned above, that’s the same girl who gained fame for field stripping an AR in seconds.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
