Arkansas Concealed Carry Data
After a news rag published a list, there was a push to make the list of records confidential. Looks like the senate version of the bill exempts names and zip codes from being confidential. Odd. And it passed the senate.

Unfortunately for gun owners in Arkansas, Gov. Beebe was against this bill from the beginning and all but threatened to veto it. Add into that that the APA was making a lot of loud rumblings about this. In order to get this bill passed at all, compromises had to be made. Personally, I think this final version is useless and I would have rather seen a no compromise bill fail so that it could be tried again in the future.
