Poor people… Prayers are with them.

    related note-

    Here it comes.

  2. TXGunGeek Says:

The first reports quoted “High powered rifle” then changed to “high powered gun” now they are down to .45 and 9mm. I’m sure they’ll go on about high capacity magazines and such. They will find a way to spin this against guns. Never mind a terribly disturbed individual that was pulling the trigger. They say he way recently let go by IBM. Certainly stressful but no reason by it self. Something else going on that should come out in a few days.

  3. Bobby Says:

Sounds like they should ban laying people off.

  4. Kesi Garcia Says:

This is an example of the danger of such fervent anti-immigrant sentiment in the media. Latina Lista at latinalista.net/palabrafinal has the first post I’ve seen blaming guns, not a person. I wonder how things would’ve turned out if one of the American citizens working there had a concealed carry permit.

  5. Bruce Says:

Police said they arrived within two minutes.

    Enough said.

  6. TexasFred Says:

There is one thing that IS a certainty, the gun grabbers will try to turn this into an anti-guns rant and use it as another tool in their battle to take guns out of the hands of legal, sane and responsible Americans!

  7. TexasFred Says:

And so you know, I have you linked now, here: Fred’s Faves

  8. Fire Says:

I can hear it now: “SEE? This is what happens when people own guns!” TexasFred is 100 percent right on this.

  9. ZerCool Says:

TxGunGeek: “I’m sure they’ll go on about high capacity magazines and such.”

NY still has an AWB in place – mirrored the 94 federal ban with no sunset clause. Post-94 full-cap mags are already illegal, along with a host of other evil features.

Police said they arrived within two minutes.

that they did, but they waited outside for over an hour to make sure that the scene was secure…

  11. TXGunGeek Says:

Ranted about the police response and delay last night. I think Binghamton needs to get their act together.

As for the magazines, the .45 probably had 8 rounds and the 9mm 10 rounds. That would account for 18+2 shots without reloading. How can we allow someone to have that much firepower?!?!? We must ban everything over two shot derringers!

  12. Stranger Says:

Every time dot.gov wants to impose even more gun controls there is another mass murder. I told my granddaughter that we would have a spate of them this spring, since Holder wants a semi-auto ban.

That pitcher has been to the well too many times already. It’s time to retire it.

    Extrano

  13. Bruce Says:

TX, they’ve already gone after the two-shot derringers – much to dangerous and concealable. Try buying a new one at a gun shop in Massachusetts. Ain’t gonna happen, the AG has seen to that.

  14. Chas Says:

Another case of inadequate return fire. Why do people pretend that they don’t need protection? It’s a kind of delusional insanity to walk around gunless with one’s head up one’s ass, only to peer out when it’s too late because the killing has already started.
People can get away with gambling on going gunless because the odds are in their favor, but when they lose their bet they forfeit everything they have. Everything! Better to take the simple precaution of carrying a gun.

  15. alan Says:

When seconds count the polices are minutes, oops make that hours, away>

  16. Kristopher Says:

Some Pakistani terrorist group is now claiming they ordered this …

    http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,512537,00.html

The killer’s name on the news is an alias … and the NY cops won’t tell us what his real name is.

  17. Bobby Says:

And now the next shooter that killed some cops aperently was “Afraid Obama will take away gun rights”( http://webmail.aol.com/42169/aol/en-us/Suite.aspx )
This is starting to stink, real bad.

  18. Robert Says:

Not only does being disarmed make you gunless, I think it contributes to a victimhood mentality. Wonder if any of these people fought rather than rolled over and hid?

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
