Ya know, gun nuts are a funny sort. Seriously, will anyone be buying tactical socks for operators?
Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure it’s a quality sock. But do folks not realize how silly Special Operations Sock sounds?
I thought it could have been an April 1 joke at first.

As funny as it sounds, I have a pair of 5.11 tacti-cool socks that came free with my 5.11 boots. They are actually rather comfortable, aside from the raw petroleum/rubber smell when you first wear them..

They’re probably similar to runner’s socks which help to wick away moisture and prevent blisters. It sounds like the company is doing some very specific and amusing marketing.
