    Had the Mongolian beef last night, as a matter of fact. Pretty darned good. Both girls loved it.

    I’d suggest a little less brown sugar. Maybe a 1/4 cup rather than a half. It was slightly sweeter than I think Mongolian beef should be.

    The next time, we’re tossing in broccoli too.

    I’m against all fish soups and stews. One bad experience in France and I won’t go near any recipe. It brings up the horrible food memory.

    Ooooh, broccoli in Mongolian beef sounds killer! Thanks for sharing this blueberry dump cake recipe. We had a girls night to talk about personal preparedness and that recipe was a HUGE hit! Must be the butter…

    I don’t blame you. I don’t trust fish, either. I am very careful when buying it, keep it frozen or near frozen, and examine it closely before cooking it. I refrigerate cooked leftovers immediately and throw them away after two days.
