Roasted garlic

Breda tells us how to roast garlic in a crock pot. Cool. I do the same on the grill. Cut the tops, put in foil with some oil, and toss it on the grill for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Before roasting, I sprinkle a little cummin and cayanne pepper on mine.

    I just roast it in the skin in a cast iron skillet. A little messy to peel, but yummy enough to be worth it.

    Try confit-ing it.

    Put peeled cloves in a dish (preferably earthen ware) cover in olive oil. Cook over medium heat or bake in oven at 300 until soft (pierce by a fork to test).

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
