Another mayor against guns getting some heat

Several local sportsmen and business owners want to know why Quincy Mayor John Spring is a member of a group that wants local law enforcement access to information on gun traces collected by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.

Even though the Tiahrt Amendment doesn’t prohibit the sharing of gun trace data when it comes to crimes…

It looks like they are still trying for the “sue em out of business deal…”

Going to the link i am frankly amazed to see the actual facts reported fairly and accurately. Possibly we should all leave an ” attaboy ” in comments.

From a person who lives in Quincy.

This Mayor is one of those types who likes to join things. He joined MAIG, this leftist Mayor’s club, to have something to do and be in with the big boys in Chicago. Spring knows nothing about his constituents or what they want and he certainly doesn’t know anything about firearms, and now he has all the firearm owners agitated and working against his re-election. I’ll be one of them.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
