it’d be interesting to know exactly what the Brady Bunch thinks the “right of self-defense in the home” entails, precisely. not having seen them expound on it, i’m tempted to guess they feel it mostly involves snivelling and running away.

well, as I said before, we’ll probably win heller which will have some language like ‘reasonable restrictions’. then spend the next three decades arguing over what ‘reasonable restrictions’ are.
Brady is trying to establish ‘reasonable restrictions’ early.
